TERMS: Payment due in full before shipping. Payments are accepted via credit card or PayPal invoice. Credit card payments are processed upon shipping.
MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS: $100 for first orders; $75 for subsequent orders. Minimum quantity per design: 6 cards.
SHIPPING: Orders are shipped in 1-3 business days from Saratoga Springs, NY via USPS Priority mail unless otherwise arranged; free delivery for customers within 25 miles of Saratoga Springs, NY. International customers are responsible for paying any customs, taxes and duties fees.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES: Defective items may be exchanged for product or credit. Damages or defective merchandise must be reported within 5 days of receipt. I do not accept returns on unsold or seasonal merchandise.
PACKAGING: All cards are individually packaged in crystal clear plastic acid-free envelopes, ready to display. Just pop a price tag on and display in a box, rack or basket.
SELLING ON THIRD-PARTY SITES: To remain a Petal People Press notecard reseller, you must sell direct to your consumer. For all online sales, websites must be owned & operated by your company. Selling in the following ways is prohibited: Selling on third-party sites (Amazon, Etsy, Ebay, Daily Deal Sites, etc.), drop-shipping sites (Buy.com, Overstock.com, etc.), classified sites (Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, etc.), as well as selling in bulk to B2B accounts, or other wholesalers.
